Account details support sign-in, saved designs support your workspace, and access records support purchases and subscriptions.
01
Information we keep
Your account stores your name, email or phone number, profile image, language preference, and authentication information. Saved designs, edited fields, uploaded images, purchase records, and subscriptions are used to provide your workspace.
02
Why we use it
To sign you in, display and save your designs, manage template access, and investigate service issues. Technical logs may include browser information, error messages, and request details to help diagnose problems.
03
Cookies and browser storage
Sign-in, language selection, appearance settings, and local drafts may use cookies or browser storage. Clearing browser data can sign you out or remove local drafts.
04
Files and infrastructure
Information is held in the service database and media storage. Hosting and content-delivery infrastructure serve the application and its images. If you use Google sign-in, necessary account details are received from that provider. Uploaded media may be accessible through direct links; keep confidential information out of shareable files.
05
Retention and your requests
Account details and saved work are kept to support ongoing use of your workspace. Email support to request access, correction, or deletion. Limited records may be retained for transaction handling, security, or legal obligations; backup copies may remain until replaced.
06
Updates and contact
When this policy changes, its updated version and date will appear here. Contact BluePad support with questions about your information. Applicable mandatory privacy rights remain unaffected.
