About the service
BluePad is a template-based design tool available at bluepad.emran.app. Using the service means accepting these terms. Creating and saving work in your workspace requires an account.

Your account and responsible use
Provide accurate account information and keep your access secure. Illegal content, infringement, service abuse, and unauthorized access are not permitted. Access may be restricted to protect the service from misuse.

Your content
You keep the rights to content you upload. You must have permission to use your text, images, and other material. You allow BluePad to store, process, and display that content only to provide the service’s features.

Templates and finished designs
You may use templates available to your account to create personal or commercial images unless the template page states a specific restriction. Reselling or distributing a template’s source as a standalone template is not permitted. Template access does not transfer rights in third-party material.

Access, purchases, and the preview release
Free templates, VIP templates, and individual purchases have different access requirements. Checkout is simulated in this release and collects no real payment. If real billing is enabled, the amount and period will be shown before purchase and the refund policy will apply.

Service changes and your rights
Features and templates may change as the service develops. Contact BluePad support first to resolve a problem. These terms do not restrict mandatory consumer rights or create warranties beyond those expressly stated or required by applicable law.
