REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS
Clear choices. Clear expectations.
Straightforward terms for purchases, subscription cancellation, and a payment that went wrong.
Last updated: 11 October 2026
Unused template: request within 7 days. Duplicate charge or faulty template: investigation and resolution. Cancellation: stops VIP access.
01
In the current release
Checkout is simulated and no real payment is collected, so demo transactions have no monetary refund. The following terms define how actual purchases will be handled when real billing is enabled.
02
Individual template purchases
Request a refund within 7 days of payment for a purchased template you have not used to create or download a design. Usage and transaction details will be reviewed. Refunded purchases lose access to that template.
03
Duplicate charges and faulty templates
Contact support with your transaction reference if you were charged twice, charged an incorrect amount, or received a template that does not work as described. A fix or suitable replacement will be investigated first; a refund will be considered if a confirmed issue cannot be resolved. These cases are separate from changing your mind after use.
04
Cancelling a subscription
Cancel from Subscription in your workspace. In the current implementation, cancellation changes your subscription status immediately and stops VIP access. Saved designs and separate template purchases remain in your account. Automatic renewal and automatic charging are not implemented in this release.
05
Subscription refunds
For a new period in which you have not used VIP access, contact support within 7 days of actual payment. Access used during that period is taken into account when reviewing your request. Statutory rights concerning faulty services or payment errors remain unaffected.
06
Making a request
Email support from your account email with your transaction reference, purchase date, template or plan, and reason. Do not send card details or passwords. Approved refunds return to the original payment method; arrival time depends on the payment provider. This policy does not restrict mandatory rights under applicable law.
